You can make 3 publishing decisions for each video or SciVeeCast: publish now to be openly viewable by all, publish to a limited set of people or to specific community only, or publish at a later date.

If you checked the "save my progress and quit" box when you uploaded your video and you now would like to publish it publicly, you can do this by first navigating to the video.

After logging into the SciVee website, click the "Account" link at the top of the site. This will take you to your profile page where you can find the video listed under "My Media."

Click on the "Edit" box under with video which will take you to the edit page for the video.

Scroll down to the section titled "Viewing Permissions".

Check the box "Publish Openly" if you are ready to have it viewed publicly.

Check the box "Publish privately only to" if you want to only allow certain people or community members to see your project. Make sure to to add their SciVee username(s) or the SciVee Community name(s) in the space available.

Scroll down to the bottom of the edit page and click "Submit." The video will now be published publicly or privately.
