About galileoplayers:
The Galileo Players are a sketch comedy and improv troupe from Chicago that focuses on science, logic and reason. We blend the brainy with the absurd while exploring the world of ideas and the scientific realities that surround us.

We tour around North America performing at scientific conferences, colleges, festivals and corporate events. We have performed for Abbott Labs, American Chemical Society, American Society of Human Genetics, Applied Biosystems, Pfizer Global R&D, Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry and Field Museum to name a few, not to mention colleges across the US.

We hope to meet some of you in our travels

History of Education and Employment

Our comedy training began at the famed Second City Comedy Theater and iO Comedy Theater in Chicago. But in addition to our comedy background our cast and crew all have an interest in science, reason, and the world of ideas, which we explore using comedy and theatrical presentations.
