I went on to manage the San Diego EcoCenter for Alternative Fuel Education (www.sdecocenter.org). Then I taught online for Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth, teaching their distance writing course "Where Art Meets Science."
From there I managed websites for the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources in San Diego County, and finally found my way to UC San Diego's BioBridge program, where we unite science research and science education in San Diego.
