- I am the well-known author of about 85 science books for children. Ever since the publication of Science Experiments You Can Eat, I have established a reputation for a light-hearted, kid-friendly approach to science. I've gotten a number of kids involved in making one-minute videos from my book We Dare You: Hundreds of Fun Science Bets, Challenges, and Experiments You Can Do at Home, released in paperback in 2009. These videos are published on my website and combine the fun of challenges with reading about the science in the book.
