Day 4 Reflection

1. Describe your experience in producing your Podcast with your group members. What did you like and dislike?

I loved the fact that we all got to work together, got more done. Unfortunetly this also made it a problem with talking and goofing off...^^'

2. Who was the leader of your group? Why?

We were all group leaders, we all took charg of a certain part of the group and made it our own.

3. Did you vote your leader or did it just happen? Explain.

It sort of jus happened, we all just fell into place.

4. What was your role in producing the Podcast? How did you receive that role?

I did the second voiceover, it sort of just happened/I decided to do it.

5. What obstacles did you encounter while working with the other students?

None really.

6. How did you overcome the obstacle(s)?

We had no obstacles.

7. If your peers ask you what you did this week, what would you tell them? (2 paragraph minimum)

On the first day we were just informed about what this program was all about. We saw some familiar faces, some new but we all eventually got to know each other. Then we got to work on our hydrophones, busy first day. We were stripping wires, soldering wires, testing connections and working hard. Eventually we had to finish it off by putting the mic into the tube and sealing it with silicone. The next day we went to UCSD and went to the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. There we took a self-guided tour of the Aquarium and finished it off by going to the tide pools and testing out the Hydrophones. Our group got very little sound...:'(. Those were the first two days.

The third day was a bit more fast paced. We started on our podcast projects, Mr. Hicklin headed the assignment. We worked hard, yet slow paced due to the fact that all these programs that we used were slightly unfamiliar. Although i did learn something new, Garage Band is Kick @$$!!! We worked really hard and the next day we worked harder. The fourth and final day was the day the assignment was due, we had several hours to turn a 2 minute video into a 10 minute video. Thats very hard. The day finally came to an end, we finally finished and presented the entire project and evaluated ourselves. This is the end day, the end of Cyberbridge program, i hope for now, and i hope it'll come back soon.

1. If you were to participate in this institute again, what would you change?

Nothing really, it was all good.

2. What did you enjoy most about the week? Why?

The trip to Birch, that place was my dream field trip, being right next o the place of my dreams UCSD.

3. What did you least enjoy about the week? What improvements do you recommend?

This week was perfect.

I hope that this program will return soon, i wish that this program would become a permanent part of this school.

Really tuff,i liked i made more friends and didn't like that we didn't finish the podcast.

2. Who was the leader of your group? Why?

its was really random because everyone did good work.

the conclusion ,by order we received.

5. What obstacles did you encounter while working with the other students?

struggling with i movie.

6. How did you overcome the obstacle(s)?

by just getting rid of it.

That we just did first day made some paper buildings. Then, we went to a field trip to birch aquarium.We werethought how to use Imovie and the rest of those programs. Also,we started doing a podcast project. Th next day we finished the podcast. We presented our podcast. And, did a lot of surveys.

the last day because we didn't finish th podcast.

CyberBridge is a badass rogram that i wish i could stay more but too bad
