Marine Biology is the scientific study of living organisms in the ocean. This study also helps us (people) by providing medicine, food, raw materials, and supports recreation and tourism around the world. Furthermore, Marine Biology not only studies the animals in the ocean, but it also studies the sea floor, Chemical or Physical features about the water, the Microbes, Tides, Coral Reefs, which are the most important organisms in the world, as well as the Ocean depth and many other living organisms.
Marine Biology takes a big role in land. For example, when there is an erosion, that means that a displacement of solids is carried away by water currents. One of the most relevant issues in Marine studies, is that it is quite impressive how the world was created. First of all, all the world was united in a big mass of land which was called Pangaea. In the very middle of this super continent, there was the Ridge called "Mid-Atlantic Ridge". By this big crack on the ocean floor there were hot spots, which is the holes that lay underneath the ocean floor and it releases hot magma and lava from the center of the heart, the Core. That magma and lava cools as it touches the ocean floor and becomes a solid, which is known as land. Those hot spots are releasing huge amounts of lava every year, and as the time passes by, the frozen lava goes up, crosses the ocean surface and by this moment, that land that went up from the ocean floor is now known as an Island.
On the other hand, talking about water properties, pressure is the one that best fits in here. Pressure is the amount of force that is applied to someone or an object perpendicular to the surface. Gravity play a big role in water properties because it is what a tide has to have in order to be a tide, pressure of the Sun and pressure of the Moon. Tides are the cyclic rising and falling of Earth's ocean surface. The world is composed by a 71% of water and the rest of land. Moreover, what people should be focusing on right now, is to put a lot of effort in helping the environment, the priority here is the water because in a couple of years, there would not be enough water for all. Lastly, Corals are what keeps us alive. Want to know why? Well, it is simply because the Coral Reefs provide 82% percent of the oxygen in the world. Not only the flora in the land is what does all the things for us. Think.

Marine Biology is not just the scientific study of oceanic life, it is much more than that. Through Marine Biology scientists and society come to understand various important concepts of oceanic behavioral characteristics and how it changes the world as we speak. Marine Biology consists of the animals that life within in, the bacteria, and down to the very last bit of specimen found. Marine Biology as well explains how over time oceans have formed and transformed to vast water worlds.
Marine Biology is a language of its own. Marine life is a huge resource, providing food, medicine, and raw materials, in addition to helping to support tourism all over the world. Marine life helps determine the very nature of our planet. Marine organisms contribute significantly to the oxygen cycle, and are involved in the creation of the earth's climate. Shorelines are in part shaped and protected by marine life, and some marine organisms even help create new land. Indeed, Marine Biology is a subject that the world greatly revolves around.

Marine biology is not only the study of oceanic/ aquatic life. It ranges from the simplest of fishes to the complexity of chemical properties. With the knowledge of marine biology we can learn how to apply transportation, food, medicines, and other natural resources to our everyday lives, making it easier to live as human beings. Not only does this provide the world with natural resources but it also provides us with tourism. Being curious is part of being human so every day millions of people visit the sea, heck some of us even live on it; we are more involved with marine biology than we thought.
Believe it or not Marine biology also teaches us about the land and not only the land, but the animals on it too! Millions and millions of years ago earth was just a body of water, probably with simpler life organisms and planktons. Years after earths magma slipped away from the core which created as we say "hot spots" underwater. The magma released into earths oceans cooled down making rock. This rock overtime stacked upon itself compacting into what we know as Land. Marine biology also consists of studying and identifying the causes of tsunamis and other natural disasters. As we watched the informative video I realized how much Scientist especially marine biologist want to make a difference in this world. These people want to find the source of the problem and fix it.
With all the new information that we learn about marine biology, we start to not only realize changes but see them too. A theory that scientist's came up with is global warming. I'm not a suspect in this am I? I only drive my fossil fueled truck that releases a lot of exhaust into the atmosphere helping the greenhouse effect. With global warming melting our major ice caps the sea levels are rising, in a way marine biology affects us all.

Marine Biology is the study of living organisms in the ocean and other saltwater environments like estuaries and wetlands. The ocean is home to many creatures and plants. Its mystery and beauty attracts many scientists and students to get involved in it. Marine Biology is not only the study animals in the ocean. It’s the study of the ocean floor, tides, and its coral reefs.
There are many reasons to why we study marine biology. It is believed that the land originated from the ocean. Knowing that, studying the ocean and its life can teach us a lot about life on earth. The marine life and its environment are very beneficial to the human wealth. It provides food, medicines, raw materials, transportation, and tourism. Marine organisms produce more than half of the oxygen that we breathe and regulate the earth’s climate.

Marine Biology basically means the study of organisms that live in the sea. The oceans its kind of like a mystery hide in a beautiful organisms. Marine Biology is often focusing on animals and organisms in sea rather than any other particular things. One great source of marine life is that animals can provide us food, medicines, and raw materials. On the other hand, it can also harm us in the way that animals can attack or give us diseases that may lead us to our death. Marine biology is kind of a great thing to people who like tu study about sea animals, the ocean , and natural disasters. It practically teach us not only the meaning of marine biology but the history and some of its mysteries. I believe that life on earth is mostly originated on sea because there is where large amounts of life on earth exist. I don´t know much about Marine Biology but I think that by being in Marine Biology class I will enhance my knowledges about this subject so that later on, it will help me If I decide to become a biologist.

Marine Biology is the scientific study of organisms in the ocean or other bodies of water. The study also shows us the different types of crusts there are, such as continental and oceanic crusts. The continents were once connected as one known as Pangaea and was only two oceans. The Pacific Ridge separated Pangaea down the middle and separated in to multiple continents. Islands are created by “hot spots" and volcanoes under the ocean. The volcanoes soon erupt and the magma will cool and pile upon each other and create land.
Marine Biology also teaches us how much resources we have in the ocean. The ocean provides us with food, medicine, raw materials, helps support recreation, and tourism. There are many other types of science that go in to marine biology, such as chemistry and biology. Marine Biology teaches us about desity, pressure, temperature and the differnt colors of the ocean A large amount of life is located in the ocean, and Marine biology is a step forward in helping us figuring out what is down there.

Marine biology is the study of sea organisms, oceans and anything related to that such as waves, ocean floor and tectonic plates that transform the land. Scientist study organisms and how organisms behave in there natural habitat. Other scientist discover products that we use in our every day lives similar to food medicine and beauty products. Also others are oceanographers studying the oceans and how the ocean function as one.
Today marine biologists use technology in their research to aid them in there studies. Sonar is a tool to map out the ocean floor when scientists are adventuring in deep waters by using high frequency sound to map out an image. Critter cams attached on sea animals to study their behavior with minimum interactions with humans as possible.
The ocean not only gives humans products, foods, and medicine but recreational uses for instance swimming, fishing, scuba etc. Places with beaches also help the surrounding community by providing tourism for that place to provide communities with an economic boost.

Marine biology is the scientific study of living organisms in the ocean or other marine or bodies of water. Marine organisms contribute significantly to the oxygen cycle, and are involved in the regulation of the earth's climate. A large amount of all life on Earth exists in the oceans. Large areas beneath the ocean surface are still unexplored.
It’s their study of their habitats, their food chains, and their methods of survival. It helps us understand how the ocean environment affects the world around us. Its studies show how humans and marine life affect each other.
Marine biology has many benefits on our society; such as it provides food, medicine, raw materials, and recreation for our families and friends. The things we learn from marine biology and its perfect balance of life can help us build a stronger bond with marine life. We should make stronger bonds instead of diminishing the other beings we share this earth with. Marine biology is the study of how marine life co-exists, share, and compete in the ocean as well as in lakes and rivers.
