Simulation of tumour cord growth where conversion of the tumour to glycolytic (anaerobic) metabolism takes place under hypoxia. This video shows volume fraction of glycolytic cell population and velocity of tissue movement. Isolines show hypoxia limits for aerobic and anaerobic cell lines respectively.
