Hi,
could you please farther describe what the problem uploading the video is so I can assist you?

I'm having problems too. I uploaded a compressed version fine (171 Mb). My higher resolution file at just 384 Mb keeps uploading half-way and stopping, and then the information bar freezes on some erroneously high upload-rate estimate. I don't know whether to keep waiting or not since it already took an hour to upload that half. The upload page says the max is 512 Mb, so maybe it's my connection.
I was wondering what size you were trying to upload? Is it already compressed to 480X360 resolution? Is it using H.264 compression? if you prepare your video before upload to match the recommendations, it will speed the upload time.
There are some information on how to prepare your video for upload at: http://www.scivee.tv/help/view/41
Also, http://www.scivee.tv/help/view/110 has the listing of acceptable file formats.
Let me know if you need further assistance, I am happy to help.
Hi,
What format should the video be in?? We are exporting it from Final Cut but we cannot get it to be 512MB or less. Any suggestions??
Hello akkaseeds,
Sure! The best format that you can use is:
H.264; 29.97 fps; 480 X 360
How long is your video? I have compressed videos that were over an hour that fit, but that was using a compression tool. There are a few good ones out there. I personally use and recommend MPEG Streamclip and also Sorenson Squeeze. There is a help section that has more info at: http://www.scivee.tv/help/view/103.
Does that help?
