Science makes an unequal work of man/nature and man-as-nature/mature. It is postulated that legal/sociological rather than scientific interpetation, in determining the equalities and natural freedoms of individuals, have the greatest capability to steer towards logically valid and coherent world views in a modern setting where determined states of science theory are difficult to contend with for ethical judgement in light of unresolved paradox and a vast darkness in understanding of energetic processes in their real setting of identities, heterogeneous natures and occluded witness to much of the world.
