Dr. David Hartzband is the Chief Technology Officer at Resilient Network Systems and a Lecturer of Engineering Systems at MIT. He has over 25 years of experience as a leader and innovator in the design and deployment of large-scale distributed systems to manage information and provide analysis, reporting, and other capabilities for both research and commercial use. He is the lead investigator for SCANNER’s architecture.
