 <title>Below the Flow: Imaging Solute Transport in the Hyporheic Zone</title>
 <link>http://www.scivee.tv/node/14445</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;This work highlights an emerging technique to image the transport of stream water in short, subsurface flow paths that connect the surface water with the near-stream aquifer.  Viewers are provided with a short introduction to the hyporheic zone and its functions.  Stream tracer techniques and electrical resistivity tomography  are introduced briefly. Finally, samples of two- and three-dimensional imaging of a field experiment are presented as a proof of concept.&lt;/p&gt;
