1. Go to your Account
2. Click the “edit” box under the video or SciveeCast.
3. Scroll down to the section called “Publishing Options”
4. Check the box “Publish privately only to” and enter the names of the SciVee communities in the provided box. You may also enter the SciVee username(s) of the people who you would like to have permissions to privately view in the area under "These Users"
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.


You should then send the URL of your video or SciveeCast to the community manager and any users to notify them that you are sharing it with them.
