Design: Cluster randomized trial; data collected in 2010-2011; analyzed in 2011-2012 Setting/Participants: Individuals (seeds) recruited in multiple settings (online, via newspaper ads and face-to-face) who were asked to recruit up to three friends, who in turn recruited additional friends, extending three waves from the seed.
