This postercast is an overview of my Senior Research Project for the Urban Studies and Planning Program at the University of California, San Diego. My project focuses on economic policy and how it has affected employment trends over the last year. I will be specifically looking at sectors such as finance, technology, and leisure.

North Park's 1907 blueprint sustained itself a full century, even fighting off the Modernist-Era's project-like apartment invasion between the 60s and the 80s. This poster outlines the research discovering how and why this was possible.

Non-governmental organizations are assuming a diverse set of responsibilities to provide local communities the additional support for affordable housing development. This project focuses upon the networking abilities and capital raising strategies of NGOs, and how their initiatives impact the community of City Heights (San Diego).
